Surviving a Sniper Attack

True story from 2005,some stories must be remembered. During a routine patrol in Baghdad June 2, Army Pfc. Stephen(Doc) Tschiderer, a medic, was shot in the chest by an enemy sniper, hiding in a van just 75 yards away. The incident was filmed by the insurgents. Tschiderer demonstrated more clearly than any words ever could, how we are different than those we are fighting: while the enemy would drive a bomb-filled SUV into a crowd of children, our soldiers save the lives of such animals.
