Unfortunately, we have all seen it happen. People who shouldnt get promoted to management positions, do. Well, I can understand that with determination, great self promotion and enough skill to climb the corporate ladder, people land in these positions. However, I really dont understand HOW they manage to stay there, especially if they are not willing to improve for the benefit of the organization and their employees. While scary management styles seem to be seen in every workplace worldwide, it certainly does not have to be that way. Since we are close to Halloween, let me share some of my unconventional observations on 4 scary management styles.
