Currently, there are neither reliable curricula to support a technology-rich environment nor sufficient numbers of teachers who are able to meet the challenges of this environment. Sketchy evidence from schools and evidence from well-designed studies indicates that there are too many variables involved in technology integration to leave the task up to individual or institutional vision alone.
