Extremely low temperatures in some parts of Russia have kept most people in their house to keep warm and protect themselves from the frigid weather. But one Russian man decided to have some fun in the 42 below zero weather and turn boiling hot water into instant snow. Dimitry Klimensky, a resident of Novosibirsk, Russia, recorded a video of himself boiling a pot of water in his apartment. After bringing it to its maximum heat, Klimensky took the pot to his seventh-floor balcony and threw the water off the side. The water can be seen instantly turning into a white mist before it reaches the ground. Another camera on the ground caught how quickly the reaction happened.
