Hip-hop fitness - is a dance fitness program in the style of hip-hop, for all who want to lose weight or maintain themselves in tone. Program is known ameriansky choreographer - Tony Stone. He worked with Michael Jackson, Jennifer Lopez, Madonna and other stars. The program consists of ten-minute warm-up, the four major parts of 9 minutes and hitch.
