Its a 34 space park located within the city limits of Alice which is about 19,000 people. About a 5 minute ride to downtown. You get city water and sewer which is better than a septic setup. Cable & gas is available. Park has been there for about 30 years. Almost all the lots are 40 feet by 100 feet, so any singlewide can fit and some double wides. $100 off first months rent to move in.
