The brick-breaking was impressive. The guy punching out a safety-glass window was not, a 9 year old could do that. As for putting your body through a sheetrock wall with no 2x4s, anybody who couldn't do that couldn't fight their way out of a paper bag.

wow, most walls have a wooden frame in them, and aren't just sheet rock. usually 2x4 boards spaced at 16 inches on center. maybe i'm wrong though

I've always found it funny how the considers Karate to be a "nice spiritual" art. While there is spirituality involved with it it's FAR from a Karate Kid type of scenarios. Martial artists in Japan practice all day getting smacked with 2 by 4s. Karate is one of the most BRUTAL martial arts out there.
