It's actually called a Yellow Garden Spider. The ammount it grew is not impressive; especially considering that it is one of the more sucessful species in America spinning one of the strongest webs. This video is a waste of time and space.

Wow thats not big at all. When I was in Jamaica I saw a spider the size of a large pizza. It was black white and yellow and had a pattern on the back that almost looked like a skull and crossbones. THAT was a big spider.

@TyHarper Except what you described doesn't even exist, nothing more than a over exaggerated description. The biggest spider is a giant huntsman which can only grow to the size of a SMALL dinner plate.

We had some of those spiders outside the house we used to live in. Was larger than that one got and laid a big eggsac about the size of a pingpong ball.
