The Chinese have been pretty much obsessed with ping pong for many many years. They play it a lot and they are good at it. But at that girls age, I am surprised her owners (the chicoms) allow her to be away from her Walmart sweatshop position long enough to practice.
anyone that really knows table tennis knows this isn't really a big deal. it's a cpl months training to get to about that level if you care to learn. i've trained with olympic pros. this stuff is just par for the course even for a kid
