What I want to see is a new Jedi character that will be the main character throughout the films. We can then have Luke be the Jedi master that trains him or her, kind of like Obi-Wan/Ben. Luke feels a disturbance in the force, so he decides to check it out, and although he's a great pilot, he's not about to go on some crazy adventure without Han and the falcon. He leaves Leia in charge of training while he's away, who is also a Jedi master with the help of her twin brother. Then something happens to Luke and Han, so now Leia and the padawan have to so address this new issue, but with neither of them being skilled pilots, they need some help. They go to where Han lives, and they find Han's apprentice working on his own ship, and he decides to help them out. While this is happening, we meet the new evil in the universe, an old loyalist to the old empire. By observing Vader and the emperor, he learned a thing or 2 and has been honing his skills as a sith lord ever since the end of episode 6. This was the disturbance Luke felt, and the disturbance had him and Han captured. We get a daring rescue by Leia and the new characters. Cue credits.
I hope it's all Jar Jar Binks.
Here's an idea, forget all this mess about 7,8, and 9. Do a Star Wars "Old Republic" movie. We get a new story with tons of new characters and everyone goes home happy. The End.
End result shall be! Director- ignores everyone, make a long long boring film heavy on effects, characters you can't relate to and could care less about, incomprehensible, plodding story busy setting up the next 2 sequels, and dumbed down. Â And STILL make $500 million bucks for that POS. Â
If the movie comes out, the first sign of teen angst and asses will be kicked
@Robert-Maybeth-497Â Wow, just like the new Star Trek movies...
