After reading a few comments about the truck suspension not moving I watched the video for a second time and I am thoroughly convinced now that the refrigerator components were taken out. This is fake. You can tell by the way he's walking and talking. That thing probably doesn't have anything in it and is just a piece of 20 pound aluminum.
And as others have noted, the truck doesn't lower at all when he drops it in. No matter how gently you set it down, any fridge is going to rock the suspension. If you scrap everything out of a fridge it only weighs about 20 pounds.

I'm a big strong dude (6'2" 265 lbs). I've had to move my fridge 3 times, and while I've moved large televisions, couches, tables, beds, and even clothes dryers single handedly I have never been able to lift a fridge without the help of at least one other person, if the fridge had all it's component parts. They are simply too heavy and not evenly balanced to even attempt to lift with just one person. I'm not saying at all that some dude out there COULDN'T do it, but I am saying, because of the truck susp
FAKE it's just the shell of the fridge, cooling unit has been removed without that a fridge is about 50lbs and if you look at how easy it moved when he first lifted it up and the fact that no liquid came out of the bottom when he tiped it like that proves it was just the shell.
 I have a 51 year old uncle who cuts down trees for a living every day still spikes up 75+ foot tall trees, and takes them down limb by limb, and helps down to the rolling of the huge ass chunks of log up into the back of the truck.

Its a full size truck that holds 1,500 pounds.. A 150-200 pound fridge wont make it move much.
those fridges weigh about 150 lbs.... its not that big of a deal, just proper balancing when he lifts it.
