What one has to understand is that she is disobaying orders, then not listening to his commands can be behavior of drugs, alcohol, mental issues that can cause the harm of her family and other drivers. Pulling her out is the cop looking out for her safety and others.

Yeah, but any cop needs to take the action that this officer did. A cop can pull you over for whatever they want. She got out of the van and pursued the officer...they have to protect themselves.

This woman is in the wrong. Like Rhonk said, you can fight the ticket in court. On the side of the road is not the time to argue with a police officer. This police officer acted just like any other police officer would have done. Police are trained to a much higher level of law than the common citizen.
