Break fails again. First off, oil rigs don't need anchors because they're an immobile and stationary. Second, it's obvious from the lights toward the bow of the ship that they are towing. Third, if they are towing, then it's a towing hawser not an anchor chain. Fourth, if they were towing, it wasn't the chain that broke, but most likely one of the couplings or fiber lines connecting the chain.
