This cat isn't lazy. He's actually marking the stairs with oils that are produced by glands in the face. You can see him leading with his face. Common cat behavior.

This cat is smarter than most people, it gets three things done at once: 1.) Gets down the stairs, 2.) Scratches it's back, 3.) Get's it's owner's attention. There are those among us that are so retarded that they can't do two things at once, so this cat has it made as opposed to the residents of connecticut!
