 One this guy is definitley weird... two... a REAL cheese steak doesnt use the red pepper or any pepper... onions, mushrooms thats it... provolone is authentic to the recipe, but so is cheese wiz... warm cheese wiz... I usually order both on my cheese steaks when in Philly... damn good... the bread he used was all wrong should be amoroso rolls... His sandwich could taste good, but its definitley no PHILLY cheese steak... would get beaten if this was served there!

 If the butcher didn't cut your meat the way you wanted it, why did you buy it anyway? You're no chef. A chef wouldn't have accepted that meat nor would they bother cooking on a 12" wide range top.
