Morons you can poor something that hot into somethings that's room temp.....then again nofhing says whoops like a small fire in the chem. lab ^-^

YA ESTA EL ALUMINO

@phy HA!! german and spanish at the same time.

"That wasn't supposed to happen" man I love chemistry

haha. i thought it spilled all over that kid's arm!

Morons and misfits!
Pyrobryan - 3 years ago
hey asshead! instead of blowing the extinguisher on the table, how about you remove the red-hot glowing metal thing from it. I don't think this accident is why they fail anything. The problem lies much deeper.
yankylovr - 3 years ago
@Pyrobryan your post ironically makes absolutely no sense.
ignoramos - 3 years ago
@Pyrobryan Is it Ironic or unfortunate that it makes no sense.
GoGoAGoGo - 3 years ago
@Pyrobryan its gay that it makes no sense.
DzCrushedIce0 - 3 years ago
@Pyrobryan I feel as though it's more retarded. "Remove the red-hot glowing metal thing from it."
decreased - 3 years ago
@Pyrobryan too many words.. "they are idiots" works just fine
AllstarSimon - 3 years ago
why does he keep using the Co2 extinguisher? like it will cool the thing down? he really is a chemistry hero, huh?
Karsaire - 3 years ago
@AllstarSimon Or you could know what you're speaking about and realize that CO2 gas is stored at something like -60 degrees F.
onlynameleft - 3 years ago
@AllstarSimon Ya cause the extinguisher feels really cold when you touch it.
@AllstarSimon It's a lot more than just CO2 in there.
@AllstarSimon actually in a CO2 extinguisher it really is only CO2. In a regular extinguisher yes there's a lot of stuff, but for chemistry lab's only CO2 is used because it's not very volatile
uBlow - 3 years ago
@AllstarSimon No, CO2 is not stored at -60'F. It is stored as a liquid at room temp. It seems you are the dumb one.
aur3ll - 3 years ago
@AllstarSimon maybe it absorb the heat when the gaz dilate or its the stuff in the extinguisher that prevent the fire from reaching oxygen
hojemwod - a year ago
@AllstarSimon When the CO2 pressure is released the temperature drops, so it will actually be cold, and it will cool down the crucible(the thing the metal is melted in). Thats how it works. Sorry.

They are lucky they didn't get any 3rd degree burns
woodyAz - 3 years ago
next time pre heat your mold! LOL
jollyroger303720 - 3 years ago
fvcking idiots
Fid3 - 3 years ago
Humidity in the mold... I work in an aluminium first transformation plan, nasty when your test roads have a slight humidity on them
NecroNerf - 3 years ago
@Fid3 Actually its just an Air pocket. I took a Metallurgy class. And the main study was on the fusion and smelting of metals.
InstructionalVid - 3 years ago
@Fid3 yeah an air pocket due to humidity, moisture that expanded. it should be hotter than 950 if it was molten.
Xavier420 - 3 years ago
@Fid3 quit acting like a bunch of fags
J3ck3L - 3 years ago
too bad none got in their eye sockets or inside their ears
whiteguerilla - 3 years ago
fake, thats not real fire.
stusaj5 - 3 years ago
Those idiots let the kiluminator get to hot and when he pored the mixture in there was a liquid formation inside the metal causing the miniture explosion.
Tanqueray - 3 years ago
@stusaj5 .....sounds like you have NO idea what you are talking about. Of course there's LIQUID formation. That's EXACTLY what they were doing. MELTING the aluminum (melting point of about 650 C. They were pouring it too fast so the fumes were getting trapped into bubbles as new aluminum was being poured. All that said, you are an idiot.
jojomillion - 3 years ago
He was not wearing a face-shield. He lied to his proffessor and he has violated the first rule of chemistry ethics. He isn't fit to wear a lab coat or lab goggles.
skills101 - 3 years ago
@jojomillion Shutup Dr.... High school chemistry isn't real chemistry.

fbman03 - 3 years ago
i love how he tries to blow out a chemical fire
GreenMachine12R - 3 years ago
That's odd, Aluminum melts around 1100 degrees F. Thanks break for another informative caption.
Sam_c - 3 years ago
@GreenMachine12R they obviously ment kelvin...
stevenlessord - 3 years ago
@GreenMachine12R sam i dont think u know what u r talkin about degrees kelvin is not what it is but yea the furnace was at like 1000 and somethin degrees when it is open and once u open them it starts cooling down so good call greenmachin
mooman_4000 - 3 years ago
@GreenMachine12R no scientist ever uses farenheit as a measure of temp......
@GreenMachine12R Haha, another highschool graduate retard.

Dude I saved your hand...
Triplesix - 3 years ago
Wow...I always enjoy how people are suddenly experts at whatever they are watching. In this case...everyone on break.com are magically science experts.
NinjaWarrior - 3 years ago
@Triplesix Everyone know you don't pour aluminum that is that hot onto a wet surface.
