@dubramaster203 no it was liquid nitrogen it was in a cup, dry ice is in blocks and would never have that quick of a reaction even in water which is the most reactive.

Not dry ice.: It is liquid nitrogen and it is a great way to make ice cream if you stir it in slowly with a spoon. Putting a lid on it and turning on the blender caused it to flash and expand 800 times.
