Start counting when both the white car and the motorcycle reach the yellow line closest to the bottom. They seem dead on from counting 1 miss 2 miss. Even at 35 mph a motorcycle can indie or lowside if the biker panic brakes.....

He was exceeding the speed limit and absolutely traveling faster than the preceding white car. Too bad he walked away, next time maybe he'll wise up.
