one of my JJ instructors teaches SWAT officers in Florida. Cops are SUPPOSED to use deadly force an then access the situation. In this video, it is clearly not done. The cop has been given NO threat or perceived threat of a concealed weapon, and is facing an intoxicated smaller female, and decides you to use an INNAPROPRIATE level of force.

The Tazer is introduced because of a lazyness with Police Departments. Instead of giving Police Officers training in Akido, Judo, Krav, or JJ/BJJ, they give them a tazer and tell them it will suffice. Yet people die from being tazered, and cops are viewed as pussies for using them.
