So wait... I thought quadriplegic meant they couldn't use their arms nor their legs, and para meant just two of their limbs? I'm confused. He totally used his arms. if i were a cop, and some douchebag was all like "Hey guy, I can't use my arms or legs" and was using his arms while he was talking to me, i'd test his theory. I'd be like "Hey, douchebag, you said you couldn't use your arms, but here you are using your arms. Now I'm going to show the world via our security cameras that you can in fact use
