They may not have a permit but in the majority of these situations, including this one, they do not need a permit to stand on a street. Stfu, you fascist. No one likes you.

Moreover, they are restricted to certain procedures and policies of the law. They cannot make a citizen do something simply because they say so. You are dumb as fuck.

@Jameel-Aboulhosn-304 That's a different story though, we didn't see what happened before the video so we don't know what the convicted individual really did, if the cop had a reason to suspect him of malign thoughts and wanted to arrest him and he resisted then the cop can resort to force, even if it may look brutal.
