It seems that people have decided to bootleg this video off of Youtube, so heres the original, in high quality.Jacob Less, the King of the Hobos, gets harassed by the OPP for changing his name. They tackle him without cause, and refuse to tell him why hes being arrested. The one cop activates his taser prematurely, demonstrating his intention to use it illegally. Watch as the taser strike charges Lesss batteries, and he tears away from the cops, leaving them in stunned confusion. (And Less is, in fact, sober in this video).
