A fire that started Tuesday and been relatively quiet roared back into life as sundowner winds reached 40-60 mph late Wednesday afternoon. Over 20 homes had burned by nightfall. Firefighters were brought in from other counties to assist in the effort. Three firefighters from Ventura County were injured and transported to hospital for treatment.
