i'd have to disagree with you there.....it looks like a clean neck shot, cutting off oxygen/blood to the brain....hence being knocked out....ya know the brain is a muscle that needs a word out too right? or are you too concerned with looks to realize?

 Yeah dude, my old boss was a 5th degree blackbelt in some brutal ass martial arts and he told me he could knock me out by just barely touching me. So I told him to show me. . .with an open hand, he lightly chopped me on the side of my neck. I dropped to my knees instantly. It didn't even hurt. But I couldn't believe how hardcore it was.

Alot boxing knockouts are done this way too. If you watch closely you can see that the guy had his hand open when he struck the other guy in the neck. There is a pressure point called Stomach-9 that is properly hit with a ridge hand (open hand). He hit it at just the right angle (front to back) and if it doesn't knock you out, it'll drop you flat on your ass. lol
