i can't understand why these people would do this.maybe they should have looked into the history of this house.they would have been surprised of what they found out about this old house.and that it was worth alot more money than what they paid for the place.this may not have been the best lookin place but it did mean alot to some people.and if we would have known this is what you were going to do with the place you would not own it now......i bet the people in st.marys there are none to happy....with you

@runion4 Looking at the condition and the style of the construction one can conclude that it is a condemned shanty not worth a damn. Foundation was substandard and the framing outdated and rotting.
