Unless you were: A) the person breaking the law and the subject of this poor quality video or, B) one of the Officers close to the scene, one is merely demonstrating their own ignorance by making wild comments , I have to say, Hate the Police? Then next time you need help call a crack ho' or a pedophile.

  @MADISONWEST764 Unless they are an immediate threat to the lives of themselves or others around them the police CAN NOT discharge their weapon. That is the law. This man was restrained and on the ground. There is NO GROUNDS for this. No amount of trash talking or insults can earn a man this punishment. This was completely wrong and these "officers" should be sent to prison. Assault with a deadly weapon.

You can see the cop fired it accidentally. Still kid shouldn't have resisted, but I am sure that the kid will get a huge settlement after that video hits the court room.
