Helicopters are great except when you are about to crash and then they just become deathtraps. Those spinning blades turn close calls into a scene from the butcher shop.

Fake. Notice how the rotor was still going at high RPM. It could provide enough lift to take off, so no way it would crash that hard. Also, many modern helicopters are equipped with emergency pedals so as to provide the occupants of the vehicle a means to manually power the blades, significantly reducing the chances of injury as a result of negative G-forces experienced in a crash landing similar to the one staged in this video.
