Two high School buddies reunite after 45 years; they sit at the kitchen table, talk about the good-ol days, eat, drink, and laugh. After singing and playing a bit they decide to write a song. Ken starts playing some chord structures, milt stops him as soon as he hears one that's catch. They both start writing some lyrics down and after a copuple of hours, a beautiful song emerges.
