  First off, he the admin believed the user, NEVER EVER believe the user. A good admin would have RDP'd into the users desktop first. After he knew the website was up and running. And then saw what the person was talking about. Instead, he brought down the webserver. Rearranged the users desktop without his permission. Logged into the person who sent the warning email's email and deleted his "Sent" email. To cover his ass. Illegal, immoral and definitely unethical. I seriously hope this person gets fired and
