Chip Taylor -Former American Solidier

Inspired by the November 2007 New York Times article by Thomas Fuller, Chip Taylor's beautiful interpretation of the struggles of the Laotian soldiers of Vien Tien, Former American Soldier. The song appears on the new Chip Taylor album New Songs of Freedom (Train Wreck Records 2008), an album inspired by the songwriter's look at the human condition today.
