An ex-cop finds himself caught up in a battle between Japanese mobsters and local gangland thugs and discovers that he was framed for wrong-doings by a corrupt cop. 2 Yakuzas who have just arrived in town got the attention from the local Mob. One of the Yakuza later teamed up with a framed cop (Bob) and they blast their way through the mob, eventually killing the Mob Boss and the corrupt lieutenant who framed Bob, but the Yakuza end up dead too.
