traffic cop makes illegal u-turn

Apparently the laws in New York City only apply to civilians.... In this scene Jimmy Justice observes a traffic enforcement agent make an illegal u-turn.Then she covers her badge so she cannot be identified. If an ordinary civilian would have made an improper turn, they would recieve a citation, points on their drivers license and an automatic increase in their insurance premium. I want to appeal to my fellow New Yorkers....If anyone sees this agent please write down her name and badge number so that we can identify her.If possible, try to get a photograph of her and her badge number.Her command is on 34th st between 8th and 9th avenue, so there is a good chance someone will see her in midtown.Thanks.
