Good sentiments and all man but you got a few points wrong.: The camera is a street observation mounted one. No one holding it. The woman on the sidewalk apeared to go into the store to call for help or get someone to. Aside from that what are people suposed to do? Hold the guys hand? Maybe it was instantly clear the guy was dead? Maybe you need to stay out of a crime scene? I am not a doctor or police, best I could do for him is call for pro help.
