Patrick Thoresen is taken down by a crushing slapshot to the nut

Aouch this just makes me wanna cry. Flyers Patrick Thoresen dives to cover a shot by Mike Green from the blue line. His crouch gets crushed and while he lies in agony the game continues and his team loses their lead. Thoresen was rushed to the hospital and it is uncertain whether or not he will get to keep both of his testicles. Apparently his jockstrap cracked.
