Boxing tips: You guys could use some lessons, keep your guard up at all times except when throwing a punch, Pivot, load your punches, move on the balls of your feet and if you're a righty, jab with your left, lead with your left foot,never cross your feet and stay a arms length apart, move in only when trying to do an uppercut. Doing all the said tips will make you more proficient, not criticizing your abilities or your ambition,just like to help you out.
