    the rule: I think that it is clean because the thing is you can't move untill the ball was touched and he was behind the eighteen when it was i think its ok. But i could be wrong.

    It was never found at a Worl Cup: because this is a dumb way to take this kick. PK's are pretty easy anyojne with talent should be able to put it in the back of the net. I'm not sure what the point was.

      @player9not legal today: the ball has to touch either the keeper or the post before anyone else can have a shot
