  i live near the falls: i believe this is the guy who wanted to commit suicide and changed his mind. its unreal that he got stuck where he did. only reason he was able to stand up, is when something like that happens they raise a series of metal dams upstream farther to drop the waterlevel and slow the current.

    @iluvkatebeckinsaleyoure saying: they actually spent millions of dollars to build a 'series of metal dams' to alter an entire river to stop people from killing themselves?? Do that many people really try to kill themselves by jumping off of Niagra Falls??
