  INTENSE!: this is one of the best chases i have seen! Sorry that in the UK only a few cops carry :(... GUNS are what keeps our country and our people safe! I carry and so should every one who is legally allowed to! In Switzerland EVERYONE has a gun! and guess what?.....NO CRIME! That shot of the cop shooting up the windshield is wild! One brave guy! We really dont give these guys enough credit! Keep on shootin'!!!

  Guns!!: At least in America, cops can have guns to protect everyone and themselves. In The UK only a handful of cops are allowed them. Thay only have a baton and pepper spray..

  So, why was the cop in video #3 taking shots when he got out of the car?: I didn't hear any gunfire before that or see any part in the video where the guy was trying to injure or kill the cops... the end I can understand when the guy is trying to take off with the cop on the hood but what about before that? Cop #3 clearly takes a few shots at him before the end.

    @Aftershokdisable the vehicle: cops will shoot at the tires to disable a car rarely. They usually do spike strips, but in this situation, that may have been the best solution.

    @AftershokFrom what I saw.... I didn't look like: he was aiming down far enough to hit tires... pause the video at about 3:38. You can clearly see the bullet is exiting at probably less than 1 degree from the horizontal.

    @Aftershokbecause: I have done some research on this shooting, I know a couple of guys around that area. the officer in 3 was shooting b/c he had back up and tried to run him down. in this case, the vehicle is a deadly weapon. he stopped reversing and went forward b/c he was being shot at. and just to clarify, this guy wasn't trying to leave with the officer on the hood. he just tried to run him down. when you drive at an officer with the intent to kill, it's a lethal force issue in both cases.

  Dang!: That is one way to end a cop chase. I love it when criminals who are obviously guilty get killed because we dont have to waste our tax money jailing them or sending them to trial.
