did this at school to pass the time: only when u stand up u basically choke urself so know air gets in there, once u get light headed, u let go and pass out for longer, like 5-10 seconds, smacked my head on concrete doin this. good old days

nostalgia lol: This was my first high lol And it really doesnt mess you up for about 3 seconds. The way we did it was similar but instead of the gay thumb blowing you had someone wrap their arms around your chest from behind with your arms folded across your chest. They pick you up while you're holding your breath and SQUEEZE the frig outta ya. I went out cold once from it hehe. I like how these kids were doing this not only infront of a concrete sidewalk but beside a metal pole lol...genius.
