   I witnessed this too from my apartment balcony off of 17th St in Wilmington. I've wondered if anybody got that on tape. It's great that this was caught. My roommates and I watched the lights for at least two hours that night. A helicopter flew to the area where the lights were and shined a spotlight directly on whatever it was. The lights frequently shifted position and moved up and down. Finally the lights lined up in a formation and left the area at a high rate of speed traveling right over the top

  GREAT: GLAD TO SEE MORE THE US GOVERMENT IS NOT GOING TO LET U NO ANYTHING BUT WHAT YOU DID SEE WAS IN FACT A UFOS AN ARE SEEN MORE OFTEN THEN YOU THINK I NO 1 ST THERE REAL AN THANK YOU FOR YOUR VEIWS AS WELL GREAT JOB!!!!!

  Good Video!: Excellent video and I'm glad to see the length. Typically UFO videos are too short. UFOs use lights for stealth. Military won't shoot at a light and aliens aren't stupid. You really never know what's inside of the light. Some have shot similar as yourself before and actually found a much darker imagine in the center of the light after blowing it up. I saw this video today in the UFO Casebook website.

  Moxie called it, they are balloons: These are balloons. Even colored balloons look white at that height when they reflect sunlight. They dissappear one at a time as the pressure from the upper atmosphere burst them. There are many videos from Mexico City showing the same thing.

    @gandzBalloons?: I have seen every type of balloon in the sky, I never saw any create its own light source and besides balloons don't hang around for 45 minutes.
