This is a demo of Tony Jaa in Houston, Texas. As a boy, he grew up watching films by Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, Vince Lam and Jet Li at temple fairs; this inspired him to learn martial arts. Tony Jaa is currently a Buddhist monk at a Buddhist temple in Surin, Thailand. Prior to assuming his vows, he was a martial artist, actor, choreographer, stuntman and director. Tony Jaa stared in various films such as: Ong-Bak: Muay Thai Warrior, Tom-Yum-Goong (also called Warrior King or The Protector) and Ong-Bak 2: The Beginning. Tony Jaa is considered to be highly Skilled in Muay Thai, Tae Kwon Do, swordplay and gymnastics.

    Not what this sport is about?: What the hell are you talking about? Martial arts were used for fighting.. They did not get used like this until movies were invented lol. All martial arts were developed as a means of self defense.
