Am I missing something here???: This is completely a NON-Story. Why we arguing about who said what?? Romney and Obama are BOTH for the War! Romney was just being a politician, and trying to twist obama's words because they are opponents! That's what they do! But they are BOTH pro-War!

@AbunaiAlso,: let me get this straigh: Obama says there are too many incidents where we mistakenly kill afghan civilians, so his solution is SEND MORE TROOPS????????!! How does that make sense???? Obama supporters need to get a clue.

Josh Marshal's name calling destroys his creditability.: Mitt Romney never said civilians weren't being killed. He took exception to the way Obama used it to make our troops look bad. Civilians get killed in all wars and most all leaders take exception to that. Obama did not choose his words carefully. If he is going to be handling these kind of situation. He is going to have to learn to be diplomatic. You can do a lot of damage with one slip of the tongue.

@hafmoaBeing polite and using doublespeak: is how we got into this colossal quagmire. Simple logic test...are civilians getting killed by US troops? Yes. Is the Afghanistan government pissed about it? Yes. The end. I rather Obama not sugar coat it. Tell us like it is...

be more objective, for more creditability: Josh Marshal, your obvious bias towards Obama is clearly evident. Try to be more objective, and you will have more creditability. While I like Obama, to say that he is a more experienced "leader" because Romney mistook what he said, is a bit of a logical fallacy. A "leader" should be judged on their experience, track record, moral fiber/character, and their political views. I think both Romney & Obama have promise, a lot more so then Geoge W. Bush has.
