Great tutorial: I registered on this site to tell you how a great tutorial it is. However, I have problems achieving something that looks as simple as the crab. I only seem to get up halfway and then my arms seem to lock. Any tips on making it to the top? I have an above average upper body strength but my flexibility sucks big time.

@thelazyguyThe crab: Make better use of your wrists.That's where all of the upper body extension goes. If you need to adjust, do it.

Jijimufu: Many ppla maybe don't nkow who he is, but he has made LOADS of tutorials, his tutorials actually made me make my first bacflip, it's not that hard if u got the right height and spin.
