The difference.: First of all, it's not uncommon for a president leaving office to hand out pardons. However, I believe Clinton did hand out more than most (if not the most). The difference is that Bush pardoned (essentially) one of his OWN STAFF. First of all, it's a MAJOR conflict of interest. Secondly, as Olbermann points out, how are we to know he wasn't INSTRUCTED to break the law with the assurance that he'd never be held accountable? I don't understand how anyone can defend that. There's no defense.

Wow, we're really fucked!: Who gives a shit what Clinton did! If Clinton raped your mom and then a few years later Bush did the same would you say, "oh, well,Clinton did it too so, it's cool". Hell no! You'd be gunnin' for both of their heads! Guess what jackasses? That's what happening to our country, by BOTH parties. Rather than shouting partisan bullshit, how about some shouts for justice for any transgressor of any political party. But I suppose it's much easier to sit behind your screen pointing finge

Keith: YOU are the partisan hack. You are just trying to make waves because your ratings are barely a glitch compared to your competitor Bill O'reily. I bet you weren't upset with Clinton when he pardoned over 100 people the last day in office. Go blow yourself Keith. Being that partisan gives you no credibility.
