  Kimbo the great!!: Quit hatin on kimbo yall know that none of you guys could fight kimbo if you was being paid a million dollars. So at least give him his props for fighting in the ring and on the streets and still being a beast in both worlds....

  garbage: neither one knew wtf they were doing, and from kimbos training im not surprised. if he spent more time working on dominant position and finishing the fight he wouldnt have looked so lost, instead he just works on his strikes. im not saying good or bad in anyway, cuz neither one of them are experienced.

  sry kids, boxing is a sport, it is not fighting: dont say if they boxed, kimbo would lose, kimbo takes bare knuckles to the face, and maybe he would lose in boxing, but the only real fighting is REAL fighting. and this was the dumbest fight ever arranged, this guy has no guards against chokes what so ever. Haha, and unless kimbo has been secretly learning jujitsu, hed die against a decent ufc fighter.

    @mdbrenEh...: Like an old ass ex boxer knows WTF to do in an MMA match. Kimbo had him clinched or on the ground for most of the match, which is pretty much a done deal for a boxer who has little to no MMA training. He won't make it far though, I'd rather see him in Pride or UFC and see how he does, not some generic POS MMA organization.

  a big difference: than what happend with kimbo vs gannon, even though ray is 13 years older, kimbo put on a great show, fought well, and showed that he can take on real fights, props to kimbo

  And?....: It's not surprising that a decent MMA fighter who is in better shape and 15 years younger could beat an old boxer that is well past his prime. Mercer just didn't know what to do because Kimbo played against his weakness. They need to set up Kimbo to fight a real MMA heavyweight that isn't an old fat guy. Good on Kimbo for polishing his MMA skills, but give him some serious competition for crying out loud.

    @YourHero85It: was both their first times, and mercer isn't fat, he has alot of muscle definition, it should have been an equal fight but Kimbo trained hard and changed his fighting style to accomadate MMA.

  If Kimbo: was 5 years younger and spent years training in MMA, he would be unstoppable. The guy trained for a month, and although he beat up an washed up boxer, he did look pretty damn impressive. He is big, quick (for his size) and mean. I'd like to see him become a big name in MMA.

  I think its funny: How everyone has been dogging on kimbo since day 1. and he has owned everyone. He is working is way up the food chain, and he is now fighting professional and people still think he's weak. 90% of wins are tap outs.
