Some newbie attempts to land on a carrier deck using only the front landing gear, obviously this doesn’t work and he destroys a very expensive piece of equipment.

    Several Marines died in this accident: This is why in 1999 the USMC started training Marines for disasters such as this. The wheel of the helo got stuck on a cargo net. These landings are done all the time, but human error does occur sometimes...
