OMG!: What's going on here?? This guy in the red beret doesn't belong on ANY television show... he's a complete moron! The issue is FREE SPEECH - and it's guaranteed by the Constitution. End of story. Or, it SHOULD be the end of the story... sadly, however, it's not. It seems like freedom of speech isn't protected anymore unless it's politically correct free speech! HA!

  @DrummerWBhmm: TukerTuker, since when does company policy trump the united states constitution? Same thing goes for drug tests, how is it legal for companies to force drug tests for employment without having a)probable cause and b) a search warrant. The US government doesn't give a damn about its citizens anymore they are solely in it to cater to business
