    Nice monitor: Not so nice reptile owner. Trying to kill that thing with a sand gravel or what?? Better try to get that thing on dead feed because he will get big and he will get aggressive. Then you'll be talking dead man walking to your hand when you try to pick it up. Trust me, I own a few....

      @stvn0727you sir: are a fag... Feeding live is healthier and it stimulates the monitor. Plus sand and gravel never killed a lizard before. How do you expect it to survive in the wild.

    ...: I hope that you didnt get that bird outside man..you dont know what type of shit that thing could be carrying (mites, pesticide, worms etc). Fun to do, yeah..good for your animal..no. And like rumple said, get a bigger cage and get rid of the sand man. Just for the record, your talking is very annoying in the beginning

      @nicksmolaGood advice: I dont feed my reptiles anything thats not home bred or lab bred. Too much investment there to be taking these kind of chance. Must have got it outdoors because I dont know anyone that sells sparrows for reptile feed.

    First off: Get that Sav in a larger cage, and off of the sand. For everyone who is upset: 1: that's nature, and 2: what did you think the title meant? And Bo0RaDLeY; they will eat dead animals. I feed mine frozen mice (keeps them from getting over aggressive)

      @RumpleForeskinHey Dorothy: Mine didnt either when I first got 'em. Unless they are handfed from birth, their natural response is to kill it first. You have to train them, just like a puppy. Put food in tongs and tease them until they hit it, etc.... keep working on it, they'll get it...
