  should he be a suspect?: Who in their right mind puts themselve in danger just to see what's going on, should this guy be a suspect or stay under watch...what are the chances he was in on it?.. No offense to anyone i just wonder how if he took the footage from up close why no one cared to treat him as a suspect.
