Definately: The bikers fault. He is obviously showing off. Note to fellow bikers. Stop showing off and acting stupid. 95% of the worlds drivers have never operated a motorcycle and do not understand how they work. They are never on the lookout for you. Unfortunately for you, one mistake and you may be dead!
